We consider all data in your account as private. We will not share it with any outside party without your consent, unless by court order.

When you sign up for TimeclockApp, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. We do this to offers support, personalize your new account, and to send invoices, updates, announcements, or other essential information.

When you write TimeclockApp with a question or to ask for help, we'll keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. When you browse our website, we'll track that for statistical purposes (like conversion rates and to test new designs). We also store any information you volunteer, like surveys, for as long as it makes sense.

We'll never share your data or grant access to ex-employees. If a request is made, we will immediately inform you. Although ex-employees may have archived timecards in your account, the data is solely owned by you.

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Live data is not encrypted because of its real-time nature, however is extremely secure.
